The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that Aesthetic Medical Centre Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has changed its name to AMC Healthcare Pte. Ltd.

The change of name is in line with the range of healthcare services offered by AMC Healthcare Pte. Ltd.
