Description	The Board of Directors of AsiaMedic Limited (the "Company") refers to the announcement dated 15 January 2015 on the resignation of Dr Wong Weng Hong as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO"). The Board would be looking to recruit a CEO in place of Dr Wong. In the interim, Mr Andi Solaiman, Non-Executive Director, in consultation with the Board, would oversee the operations of the Group.
